For Women Only

Introduction to Light Rifle Shooting Course

image In the interest of helping women learn shooting skills in a safe and supportive women-only environment, we offer this four-week, 8-hour course on Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

image The course is taught by our Certified NRA Instructors who cover the areas of light rifles and ammunition, safe gun handling, rifle sports and activities, and home firearms safety.

image Participants have the opportunity to participate in hands-on light rifle target shooting, at which time our Certified NRA Range Safety Officers are in attendance on the firing line.

image Rifles are provided at no charge or you may bring your own – .22 calibre only. Ammo (for which there is a nominal charge) must be purchased at the range.
